The City of Fort Lauderdale is committed to preserving and protecting quality of life. Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport carries out this mission by working with tenants, users and citizens to reduce noise and address community concerns.
Tell Your Representatives You Support the I-95 Turn!
In addition to providing comments on the environmental assessment, we encourage you to tell your elected representatives that you support extending the hours of the I-95 Turn.
We have available for download a form letter that outlines the community’s concern about airplane noise and urges legislators to extend the hours of the I-95 Turn to improve quality of life in our neighborhoods. Please take a moment to print, sign, and mail the letter. If you would like to correspond via telephone or e-mail, the appropriate contact information is also provided.
Sending a message to our elected representatives in large numbers will raise their awareness about the importance and urgency of this initiative, and likely, compel them to take favorable action on our request.
