Notice to Cable Television Subscribers

Comcast Logo In an effort to improve cable services, the City of Fort Lauderdale encourages all City residents who are cable subscribers to contact the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services with complaints that have not been resolved by Comcast Cable.

To report a complaint for the first time, please contact Comcast Cable at 954-252-1937.

For complaints that have been reported to Comcast Cable but have not been resolved, or for questions or comments, please contact the State Department of Agriculture at (850) 488-2221.
