The Smart Watts Residential Rebate Program provides matching funds up to $1,000 to City of Fort Lauderdale homeowners who install qualifying energy savings systems in their primary homesteaded properties located in the City of Fort Lauderdale. These improvements include items such as insulation, central HVAC, ENERGY STAR® door or windows, solar water heaters, gas tankless water heaters, and solar panels.
