  • Located only 15 minutes away, the area is served by Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades. Easy access throughout the area is provided by Tri-Rail and Broward County transit with a main terminal in the CRA district.

  • In close proximity to the area are campuses for Broward Community College (BCC), Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and Florida International University (FIU), as well as, the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, the Parker Playhouse, the Museum of Discovery and Science and the Las Olas Shopping District.
