CRA Strategic Finance Plan

Originally approved in March, 2001 and updated annually, the Strategic Finance Plan is a feasible financial strategy to implement redevelopment initiatives in the NPF-CRA district over the next five years. Areas of focus include Flagler Heights, Riverbend Corporate Park, Sweeting Estates, Dorsey Riverbend and the Midtown Business District. The plan identifies a number of funding sources including bond proceeds, Community Development Block Grant, HOME grants, SHIP funds and CRA Tax Increment Funds.
