Midtown - Mainstreet![]() Future site of the Midtown Commerce Center with Owner/Developer Sheryl Dickey on the right and Commissioner Carlton Moore on the left The CRA has acquired various parcels along Sistrunk Boulevard to create a viable mixed- use commercial corridor. The CRA will offer incentives for redevelopment of these commercial parcels. Several projects are underway including the redevelopment of Sixth Street Plaza which includes the renovation of a 14,000 office/retail space, the addition of 7,000 square feet of new Class “B” office space and 1,000 square feet of new retail/commercial space. Tenants will include the offices for the CRA. Midtown Commerce Center, which will include 12,000 square feet of new Class “B” office and retail space. Midtown Commerce CenterBrought to you by Right Development L.L.C., this mixed use development, located at NW 6th Street and NW 10th Avenue, recieved assistance from the CRA. This project will contain retail and office uses for a total of 12,000 square feet of new class "B" space.

Located in the heart of the Midtown Business District, this retail/office development will contain 8,000 square feet of new office space and 14,000 square feet of renovated retail/office space. The developer, Sixth Street Plaza Inc. received assistance from the CRA and will house the CRA offices once complete. Groundbreaking took place January 25, 2006 and completion is expected in 2007.
