The City of Fort Lauderdale owns 5.07 acres of prime real estate, one block north of Broward Boulevard in the heart of downtown Fort Lauderdale. The City will be relocating the One Stop Shop which presently houses the City building related services to it’s new location on Sistrunk Boulevard by the Summer of 2004. The vision for this parcel is to either transfer it to the private sector for development or make it an urban park.
