- Learn about the Automatic Bill Payment Plan;
- Request updates to your billing address, phone number and/or e-mail address;

2. Application for new water service:If you are a tenant and you do not have a lease, please download the application for water service. This application must be signed and notarized by the tenant and landlord, and presented in person to the Utility Billing and Collection office located on the 1st floor of City Hall
3. EbillingYou may now request to be notified when your utility bill is ready for viewing. You must log into our Customer Self Service website by using your account number to sign up for e-billing. Go green and request to be placed on E-billing.

Account holders (new or reconnect) are required to provide a copy of settlement papers or lease, appropriate deposit, picture identification and Social Security Number or Federal ID Number, if applicable.
All bills are due within 25 days of the billing date. A one percent per month late payment penalty is assessed on all outstanding balances.
