1. Application for New Water Service
Establishing new water service requires the completion of a Utility Service Application and Agreement. This application must be completed by all applicants, both owner and tenant, and submitted by email, fax, mail, or in person at City Hall, 100 North Andrews Avenue. Please refer to the Establish New Utility Service webpage for more information.
2. E-billingYou may now request to be notified when your utility bill is ready for viewing. You must log into our Customer Self Service website by using your account number to sign up for e-billing. Go green and request to be placed on E-billing.

Account holders (new or reconnect) are required to provide a copy of settlement papers or lease, appropriate deposit, picture identification and Social Security Number or Federal ID Number, if applicable.
All bills are due within 25 days of the billing date. A one percent per month late payment penalty is assessed on all outstanding balances.
