Welcome to the City of Fort Lauderdale Parking Services Division!

City employee parking is located on the first and fourth floors of the City Hall Garage, and in the north side parking lot. In order to park in a City employee parking area a parking permit is required.

Employee Parking Permit Requirements

  1. Employees must park in appropriate "City Employee Only" designated spaces.  
  2. Decals must be adhered to the lower driver's side windshield.
  3. Only one decal is issued to an employee.
  4. Decals are NOT transferable to other vehicles.
  5. If you sell or replace your vehicle, remove the decal and return it to Parking Services Office.
  6. If you lose your decal there is a $10 fee to replace it.
  7. If you lose your garage gate card there is a $15 fee to replace it. 
  8. You must return your decal and garage gate card if you separate from City employment or transfer from City Hall to another location.
