Open Streets Fort Lauderdale 2015

Updated on 09/11/2016 3:00 PM

The second annual Open Streets Fort Lauderdale event took place November 22, 2015 on E. Las Olas Boulevard in partnership with Winterfest Family Fun Day. The day started off with record-breaking attendance and people of all ages came out to walk, bike, exercise, dance, rollerblade, skateboard, socialize, and more in a safe, car-free environment. Although the event was cut short due to tornado warnings and bad weather, everyone had a great time while it lasted. We hope you'll join us Oct. 15, 2016 for the next Open Streets event set for 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. along the new route on N. Andrews Avenue from N.E. 1st Street to Flagler Drive.
