Beachgoers to Receive Holiday Treat While
Having Fun in the Sun
 Where else can you go to the beach in December? And,
while at the beach, get a visit from Santa?
You guessed it, Fort Lauderdale.
Don’t miss Santa Claus’ traditional candy giveaway along Fort Lauderdale Beach on Friday, December 21, 2007 at 12:45 p.m. Santa Claus and his elves will walk along Fort Lauderdale Beach, providing beachgoers with candy canes. Santa’s route will begin at noon at the Fort Lauderdale Parks and Recreation Building, located at 1350 West Broward Boulevard.
Santa and his elves will begin passing out treats on Fort Lauderdale Beach across from the Oasis Café, located at 600 Seabreeze Boulevard. They will continue walking north along the beach to Birch State Park, located at A1A and Sunrise Boulevard. For more information, call the Parks and Recreation Department at 954-828-7275.
