Water Safety Instructor
Prerequisites: Participant must be at least 16-years old, complete the Fundamentals of Instructor Training and swim the following strokes: 25-yards of front crawl, back crawl, breaststroke, elementary backstroke, sidestroke; 15-yards butterfly; float on back for 1 minute and tread water for 1 minute.

Lifeguarding
Prerequisites: Participants must be 15 - years old, complete a 300-yard swim (100 freestyle, 100 breast stroke, 100 either) and retrieve a 10 lb brick from a depth of 10’ and swim 20-yards with the brick out of the water.

CPR Certification for the Professional Rescuer
Lifesaving skills with the latest updates in CPR for the adult, child and infant will be taught in this class. Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is also included.
