Public Lap Swimming Hours

Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Evening Lap Swim

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 25-yards
Tuesday, Thursday: 50-meters

  • 50-meter and 25-yard lanes are available
  • Lap swimming pools are heated and chilled by geothermal heating units
  • No children under the age of 12 allowed without a parent or guardian age 18 or older

The Fort Lauderdale Aquatic Complex annually hosts 100 event-days each year. Please be sure to check the event schedule for pool closings or for limited availability due to competitions or visiting team schedules.
