Recycle Corps

Recycle LogoJoin the Recycle Corps and work with the City of Fort Lauderdale in closing the recycling loop.

Since 1991, the Recycle Corps, a group of volunteers from several civic associations and neighborhoods, have carried out a mission encouraging residents in the city to recycle.

Currently, there are 19 neighborhoods and civic associations actively involved in the Recycle Corps from the southern edge of Edgewood to the northern community of Imperial Point.

Since its inception, neighborhood groups and civic organizations have assisted city staff in the development of a citywide logo and distribution of information, implementation of recycling programs, and held bimonthly meetings.
