The Agenda Public Search allows
you to search for a particular agenda by Date (mm-dd-yyyy)
and by Board (Regular or Conference).
You do not necessarily need to use both fields.
If you want to find both the Regular
and Conference agendas, simply complete the date field and all agenda folders
for that date will appear. Once you have entered the search value(s),
click the Start Search button.
In the example above, we've entered an Agenda
Date Search Value of 03-01-2005 (you
must use this format; mm-dd-yyyy) and a Board
Search Value of
Regular (you should enter Regular or Conference or
leave the field blank). When we click the Start
Search button,
the program looks for items that meet
our
search criteria.
Our search criteria found
one folder for the 03-01-2005 City Commission Regular
Meeting Agenda.
The Yellow Folder  contains
the Agenda documents.
Click on the Yellow Folder icon to
open the folder.
To see one of the documents, click on the Retrieve
Document icon  .
Two documents were retrieved. The HTML Document is
a web view of the Agenda. You may view this document
with your browser; however,
it
does
NOT print
nicely. We suggest you open the PDF Document for
printing and mailing.
To open the PDF file, click the PDF icon  next
to document description.
The PDF file may be printed, e-mailed, or
saved to your local PC for later use.
Use your browser's Back Arrow button to return to the previous page.
NOTE: The public version
of the NetFYI document management system
used here is not fully functional; functions
that are only for internal city use have
been disabled and will not work. For example,
it is not possible to get to most of the
other tabs, such as Main Menu or Work List.
Please ignore any disabled areas or functions;
they are not needed to search for and access
the agenda documents. |
