Red Cross has opened an assistance center at Carter Park (1450 W. Sunrise Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL) for those displaced by flooding in their homes. Residents are asked to use Sunrise for entry into the park. The shelter opened at 6:00 am and will remain open until further notice.
