GIS Property Information Reporter

The Property Information Reporter allows you to retrieve information for a property. It replaces the previously used Parcel Information Reporter application and the previously used Fire Assessment application by combining information presented in both into one application. It provides the ability to make maps using any combination of available layers and of any area within the City. For instance, you may choose to make a map of house numbers using a Home Owners Association (Neighborhood) as the map boundary.

To view information for a property, simply input an address or graphically select a property. Successful address queries and property selections will return the following information:

  • Property Owner
  • City Commissioner
  • Home Owners Association
  • Police District
  • Garbage Pickup Schedule
  • Yardwaste Schedule
  • Bulktrash Schedule
  • Zoning
  • Hurricane Evacuation Zone
  • FEMA Flood Zone
  • Fire Assessment Rate
  • Designated Schools (Elementary, Middle & High)
  • State of Florida House Representative
  • State of Florida Senator
  • US House Representative
