Yellow Cab Offers Free Taxi Rides for Partygoers

Fort Lauderdale – The City of Fort Lauderdale encourages event goers to celebrate New Year's Eve responsibly. Yellow Cab has generously donated free taxi rides for Downtown Countdown partygoers.

While supplies last, $20 vouchers for free taxi rides will be available at nine locations: Tarpon Bend, Himmarshee Bar & Grille/Side Bar, Dicey Riley’s, Fat Cat’s, Coyote Ugly, Briny’s Irish Pub, Ultimate Sports Bar and America’s Backyard.

Take your voucher to the east taxi stand on SW 1st Avenue north of SW 2nd Street and Yellow Cab will make sure you get home safe and sound.

There is also a west taxi stand, located at the Broward Center for the Performing Arts.
