S.W. 11th Avenue Swing Bridge Closure

UPDATE: The S.W. 11th Avenue Swing Bridge reopened to marine traffic at noon on Thursday, January 14, 2010.

Fort Lauderdale - The S.W. 11th Avenue Swing Bridge will be closed to marine traffic on Wednesday, January 13 and Thursday, January 14, 2010. The bridge will reopen to marine traffic by Friday, January 15, 2010.

The bridge is currently closed to vehicular and pedestrian traffic to undergo a complete overhaul and rehabilitation. The bridge is expected to reopen to vehicular and pedestrian traffic late August 2010.
