UPDATE ON RIVERLAND ROAD TRAFFIC ADVISORY

Water main repair complete and water service restored to affected properties

Fort Lauderdale - The City of Fort Lauderdale has repaired the 6-inch water main on Riverland Road at S.W. 15th Street. In addition, water service has been restored to residents on Riverland Road between S.W. 14th and S.W. 16th Streets. City crews are currently repairing the pavement and expect to reopen Riverland Road later this evening.

A portion of Riverland Road is still currently closed while the pavement repairs are being made. The boundaries for the road closure are as follows:

  • North boundary: S.W. 13th Court
  • South boundary: S.W. 16th Street
  • East boundary: S.W. 26th Terrace
  • West boundary: S.W. 27th Terrace

Motorists should expect traffic delays in and around the restricted area.
