City of Fort Lauderdale Lifts Precautionary Boil Water Notice for Powerline Road and N.W. 16th Street Areas

Fort Lauderdale - The City of Fort Lauderdale Public Works Department, in consultation with the Broward County Public Health Department, HAS LIFTED THE PRECAUTIONARY BOIL WATER NOTICE for all properties facing the following streets:

  • Powerline Road (N.W. 9th Avenue) from N.W. 19th Street to N.W. 13th Street
  • N.W. 16th Street from Powerline Road to N.W. 12 Avenue

Laboratory results confirm that City of Fort Lauderdale water meets all primary drinking water standards.

The Precautionary Boil Water Notice was issued following a break in an 8-inch water main on Tuesday, October 5.
