Food and Beverage Service / Concessions
W.M.A. maintains an exclusive Food and Beverage Department
operated by Professional Concessions, Inc. (P.C.I.).
ALL arrangements for food and beverage must
be contracted with the Food and Beverage Department.
The concession operation will adapt to the wants
and desires of attendees and exhibitors alike. Permanent
stands and portable theme carts will enhance any event's
program by featuring a variety of specialty food and
beverage items. P.C.I. will work with show management
to ensure that food and beverage service is readily
available.
Any and all exhibitors offering food or beverage
must adhere to the following:
- An exhibitor and/or association member must occupy
approved booths at all times.
- Items dispensed are limited to products manufactured,
processed ordistributed by exhibiting firm, and
must be directly related to participation in event.
- Food items must be limited to "bite" size.
- Beverage items must be distributed in containers
no greater than four (4) ounces, and no more than
three (3) ounces of product may be distributed per
container.
- Food and/or beverage items used as traffic promoters
(i.e. popcorn, coffee, beer & wine service,
etc.) must be purchased from the W.M.A.'s
Food and Beverage Department.
- Restrooms and/or concession stands may not be
used as exhibitor clean up areas.
- Space utilized for storage, preparation, etc.
of product must be approved in writing by W.M.A.
- Securing all necessary licenses, permits, etc.
is the responsibility of Lessee/Exhibitor.
- Costs associated with the disposal of trash,
waste, etc. from exhibitor sampling are the responsibility
of Lessee and/or exhibitor.
W.M.A. management will introduce you to a Food and
Beverage representative, if requested, early in the
event planning process to ensure that you benefit
from their inventory of products, services and ideas.
