Food and Beverage Service / Concessions

W.M.A. maintains an exclusive Food and Beverage Department operated by Professional Concessions, Inc. (P.C.I.). ALL arrangements for food and beverage must be contracted with the Food and Beverage Department.

The concession operation will adapt to the wants and desires of attendees and exhibitors alike. Permanent stands and portable theme carts will enhance any event's program by featuring a variety of specialty food and beverage items. P.C.I. will work with show management to ensure that food and beverage service is readily available.

Any and all exhibitors offering food or beverage must adhere to the following:

  • An exhibitor and/or association member must occupy approved booths at all times.
  • Items dispensed are limited to products manufactured, processed ordistributed by exhibiting firm, and must be directly related to participation in event.
  • Food items must be limited to "bite" size.
  • Beverage items must be distributed in containers no greater than four (4) ounces, and no more than three (3) ounces of product may be distributed per container.
  • Food and/or beverage items used as traffic promoters (i.e. popcorn, coffee, beer & wine service, etc.) must be purchased from the W.M.A.'s Food and Beverage Department.
  • Restrooms and/or concession stands may not be used as exhibitor clean up areas.
  • Space utilized for storage, preparation, etc. of product must be approved in writing by W.M.A.
  • Securing all necessary licenses, permits, etc. is the responsibility of Lessee/Exhibitor.
  • Costs associated with the disposal of trash, waste, etc. from exhibitor sampling are the responsibility of Lessee and/or exhibitor.

W.M.A. management will introduce you to a Food and Beverage representative, if requested, early in the event planning process to ensure that you benefit from their inventory of products, services and ideas.
