Event Personnel
W.M.A. provides event personnel services on an exclusive
in-house basis. Services available include show security,
overnight security, ushers, ticket takers, box office
cashiers, and registration clerks. Our staff is experienced
with the operation of the facility. Their presence
insures the safety of those in attendance and the
smooth presentation of your event. The Lessee is responsible
for reimbursing the facility for the use of this staff.
W.M.A. management will be your initial contact in
developing comprehensive, cost effective event personnel
plans. An Event Services Estimate will be issued to
the Lessee. One hundred percent (100%) of event services
fees are due and payable a minimum of fourteen (14)
days prior to the use of facility. |
