Signage / ADA / Gratuities
Signage
To ensure the proper hanging of all interior and
exterior signage, Lessee must submit to W.M.A. management
a listing of all temporary signage, including size,
location and estimated weight, a minimum of seven
(7) days prior to the first day of occupancy. We encourage
Lessees and service contractors to contact W.M.A.
as early as possible to determine feasibility, hanging
procedure and costs associated with the hanging of
any signs/banners. W.M.A. prohibits the permanent
hanging or affixing of any signage on the facility's
exterior or of any sign inhibiting the view of any
permanent facility signage, in particular emergency
and directional signage, unless authorized by W.M.A.
management in writing prior to your event. W.M.A.
management can assist in locating appropriate placement
of all event related signage.
Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA)
WMA complies with the ADA. We have a designated parking
area and our building is fully accessible. Our restrooms,
water fountains, phones and concession area have modifications
for use by patrons with special needs. We also have
a limited number of personal listening devices available.
Lessee may be required to provide show information,
including, but not limited to, programs, tapes, signage
and signers, etc.
Gratuities
It is against City of Fort Lauderdale policy for
any employee to accept gratuities or gifts of value.
Individuals in violation of this policy are subject
to termination.
