Ticketing
W.M.A. provides an exclusive in-house box office
for ticket sales to public events. The box office
operation is designed to offer patrons the highest
levels of buying convenience. Furthermore, the box
office will assist you in realising maximum returns
from ticket sales while maintaining box office security,
crowd safety and the accuracy of the ticketing operation.
Management will meet to review show hours, hall capacities,
ticket prices, ticket ordering, box office charges,
etc. and other items that are the Lessee's responsibility.
The W.M.A. box office will check all tickets against
the show manifest to ensure accuracy prior to opening
the sale of tickets to the public.
The W.M.A.'s box office will maintain control of
ticket distribution, box office operation, ticket
sales personnel and ticket sales revenue through the
completion of final settlement, unless otherwise stipulated
by W.M.A. management in writing. All shows will be
required to provide numbered admission tickets for
their events
