Event Cleaning

The W.M.A. custodial service offers comprehensive cleaning services that can be tailored to any event's needs. W.M.A. management can provide information outlining the competitive rates available through our in-house operation.

Services available include removal of bulk trash, crate, pallet and packing material, etc. Lessee is responsible for the costs associated with the removal of bulk trash and other materials and pre and post show cleaning. Bulk trash is defined as any material that cannot be readily removed by a standard push broom.

W.M.A. will charge Lessee for costs associated with abnormal trash hauls resulting from the show. Lessee is encouraged to notify the W.M.A. of any situations that may generate large quantities of trash.

Electric / Utilities

W.M.A. offers in-house electrical and utility services. I.A.T.S.E. Local 500 stands ready to provide show management and exhibitors the finest technical service available. The W.M.A. will provide minimal lighting, custodial service and ventilation during normal move-in/move-out periods. Full lighting, air conditioning and custodial service will be provided during normal show hours.

Trade show exhibitors using electricity during their show shall be assessed a utility charge. Official War Memorial Auditorium electrical service forms shall be used for all electrical orders. Whenever possible, exhibitors using electricity shall be stationed together on the exhibit floor. Rates may vary for outside displays.
