General Rules and Regulations
- The use of double face tape and cloth tape is
permitted on concrete surfaces only. The W.M.A.
requires the use of Polyken 105 C tape or approved
equal. The removal, and associated costs thereof,
of tape and tape residue is the responsibility of
Lessee. Spray chalk can also be used.
- Signs, decorations and related materials may
not be taped, tacked, stapled, nailed, etc. to painted
surfaces, columns, fabrics or decorative walls in
the W.M.A.
- W.M.A. permanent signs, banners, etc. may not
be blocked in any manner. Temporary signs may not
be attached in any manner to permanent W.M.A. signage.
- Adhesive backed decals and stickers may not be
distributed in the W.M.A. Costs associated with
the removal of decals/stickers are the responsibility
of Lessee.
- Use of W.M.A. equipment, supplies and other materials
is limited to W.M.A. personnel unless approved in
writing by management.
- The movement of W.M.A. furniture, fixtures and
equipment must be performed by W.M.A. personnel
only.
- House lighting, ventilation, heat or air conditioning
will be provided as required during show hours.
Energy conservation is of prime concern. Minimal
light and comfort levels will be maintained during
move-in/out.
- The sale or distribution of novelty merchandise
is prohibited without prior written approval of
management.
- All distributed materials, whether for sale or
at no cost, must be distributed from locations approved
by management.
- Holes may not be drilled, cored or punched into
any part of the W.M.A. or exterior premises.
- Animals and pets are not permitted in the W.M.A.
except in conjunction with an approved exhibit,
display, show, etc. Seeing eye dogs are permitted.
- W.M.A. maintains an exclusive Food & Beverage
Department operated by Professional Concessions
Inc. (PCI). All arrangements for food and beverage
should be contracted directly with the Food &
Beverage Department.
- Damages to the W.M.A. are the responsibility
of Lessee. Incidents of damages should be reported
to Security immediately.
- Lessee is responsible for removal of bulk trash
prior to opening of show. W.M.A. will charge Lessee
for any additional trash hauls necessary due to
event operations. Bulk trash is defined as any material
that cannot be readily removed by a standard push
broom. Lessee must return the contracted areas in
broom swept conditions. Costs for returning the
said areas to this condition are Lessee's responsibility.
- Lessee must abide by any and all W.M.A. labor
rules and jurisdictions. W.M.A. will provide Lessee
labor guidelines when applicable.
- All facility utilities are property of W.M.A.
Prior written approval of management is necessary
for the use of any W.M.A. utilities. Costs for repairs,
damages, etc. resulting from unauthorized use of
utilities are Lessee's responsibility.
- No soliciting is permitted in the W.M.A. or in
Holiday Park.
- Any and all unsafe conditions or activities will
be terminated immediately upon request. The W.M.A.
will remove disruptive parties as necessary.
- The W.M.A. provides exclusive in-house electrical,
utility, security and food and beverage services.
- Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the
W.M.A. without prior written permission. W.M.A.
may prohibit the consumption of alcoholic beverages
at any time.
