An Evaluation Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 8:30 am.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss proposals, hear presentations, and have question and answer sessions with each of the proposing firms. The presentation portion of the meeting is expected to begin at 9:00 am and end at 11:50 am. This portion of the meeting is closed to the general public.
After presentations and Q&A the Evaluation Committee will meet to evaluate and score each proposing firm. The scoring portion of the meeting will begin at approximately 12:40 pm. This portion is a public meeting and is open to the general public. Please ask security and/or reception should you require access. Two or more City of Fort Lauderdale Commissioners or members of a Fort Lauderdale Advisory Board or Committee may be in attendance at this meeting.
If a person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this public meeting or hearing, he/she will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
