DESCRIPTION:<p>The Broward County Waterway Cleanup, organized by the Marine Industries Association of South Florida, is the county’s largest and longest-running environmental event.&nbsp;In 2025, more than 20 tons of trash and debris were removed from 38 waterway sites across Broward County, thanks to the help of more than 1,100 volunteers and 200 boats/personal watercrafts.</p><p>This year’s Cleanup will be on Saturday, March 7, 2026, starting at 9 a.m. You do not need a boat to participate! Choose from more than 30 sites across Broward County to volunteer at and help clean our community and waterways!
