This is a nursery site the city purchased via the Broward County Parks Bond program. Improvements will include survey, demolition, clean up and development of the park. River Oaks/Gore Park Improvements was originally set up as a Land Acquisition. The name of the park has been updated. The property will be designed as a new park for the City.
