Relief Effort Update

Friday, September 13, 2019 - Thank you for the overwhelmingly positive response to our Hurricane Dorian relief program! If you're still interested in donating, here are the items that are most needed:

  • non-perishable foods
  • water
  • toiletries.

Please note that clothing is not needed at this time.


Fort Lauderdale Fire Stations to Serve as Collection Sites

In support of the Hurricane Dorian relief effort being led by Brightline, Tropic Ocean Airways and Blue Tide Marine, all City of Fort Lauderdale fire stations will serve as additional drop off sites for donations to the Bahamas. Neighbors are welcome to bring items listed below to any Fort Lauderdale fire station seven days a week from 9 a.m. – 9 p.m.  A list of needed items is provided at the bottom of the page.
