GO FTL Parking Lot Sensor Installations (July 21)

UPDATE 7/22: 

Sensor installation at the Pelican Lot was successfully completed as scheduled on Monday, July 21, 2025. Work at the Nautical Lot will continue into Wednesday, July 23, 2025, and is expected to be completed by the end of the day. As a result, installation at the Venice Lot, originally scheduled for Wednesday, July 23, may be delayed to Thursday, July 24.

 

 

The City of Fort Lauderdale is partnering with RiseTek to install surface mount sensors at the Pelican Lot, Nautical Lot and Venice Lot as part of the Go FTL parking program expansion. All work will take place within the lots and is expected to be completed on the same day. Each lot will be temporarily closed during its scheduled workday and will reopen once the installation is complete.

Closure Schedule:

  • Monday, July 21, 2025 – Pelican Lot, 1500 SE 2nd Court
  • Tuesday, July 22, 2025 – Nautical Lot,1001 SE 4th Street
  • Wednesday, July 23, 2025 – Venice Lot, 1300 SE 2nd Ct

Traffic impacts:

  • There will be no traffic impacts on the roadways
