The City of Fort Lauderdale is working with Contractors Services Unlimited to improve two parking lots located on Galt Ocean Drive at NE 36th Street and NE 35th Street. All work will take place within the lots and will include, but is not limited to:

• Milling and Resurfacing
• Enhancement of ADA ramps
• Lighting improvements
• Installing electric vehicle charging infrastructure
• Drainage improvement on the south parking lot

Construction will begin the week of August 18, 2025, and is expected to be completed by the end of December. Work will take place Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Any work impacting parking spaces will take place during off-peak evening hours. No overnight work is planned.

Traffic impacts:

• There will be no traffic impact on Galt Ocean Drive.
• Please follow posted signs and drive with caution in the area.
