The City of Fort Lauderdale is working with AGC Electric Inc. to improve the Vista Park parking lot, located along North Atlantic Boulevard. All work will take place within the lot and will include, but is not limited to:

• Milling and resurfacing
• Pavement markings
• Curb repair
• Drainage improvements

Construction will begin the week of September 15, 2025, and is expected to be completed by the end of October. Work will take place Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. This schedule is subject to change based on inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Traffic impacts:

• Minimal traffic impacts are expected on North Atlantic Boulevard.
• Please follow posted signs and drive with caution in the area.
