GO FTL Parking Sensor Installation

The City of Fort Lauderdale is installing on-street parking sensors along Las Olas Boulevard between SE 6th Avenue and SE 8th Avenue as part of the Go FTL parking expansion program. These sensors will help the City provide real-time parking availability to the public through the Go FTL platform.

Construction Schedule:

Work is scheduled for Tuesday, January 27, 2026, between 3 a.m. and 11 a.m. Installation will occur within one block and is expected to be completed in one day. This schedule is subject to change due to weather or unforeseen conditions.

Traffic impacts:
  • There will be no full road closures.
  • One travel lane will be closed at a time during active work.
  • Please follow posted signs and drive with caution.

The City of Fort Lauderdale is installing on-street parking sensors along Las Olas Boulevard between SE 3rd Avenue and SE 11th Avenue as part of the Go FTL parking expansion program. These sensors will help the City provide real-time parking availability to the public through the Go FTL platform.

Construction Schedule:

Work will take place Monday, October 13 through Friday, October 17, between 3 a.m. and 11 a.m. each day. This will be a moving operation progressing eastward with work being completed in sections. This schedule is subject to change based on weather or other unforeseen conditions.

Traffic impacts:

  • There will be no full road closures.
  • One travel lane will be closed at a time during active work.
  • Please follow posted signs and drive with caution.
