The City of Fort Lauderdale and David Mancini & Sons, Inc. are making repairs to the seawall at the west end of NE 21st Street, west of Middle River Drive in Coral Ridge. The work includes:

• Reinforcing the existing seawall
• Restoring asphalt in the nearby roadway and parking lot as needed

Construction will begin on Monday, November 10, 2025, and is expected to be completed by late November 2025. Work will take place Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. This schedule is subject to change based on inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Traffic Impacts

• No lane closures are expected while this project is underway.
• Access to nearby parking spaces will be maintained.
• Please follow posted signs and drive with caution in the area.
