a) Full legal name – Fort Lauderdale Community Redevelopment Agency - Fort Lauderdale Beach Community Redevelopment Area 

b) Public Purpose - To eliminate the conditions of slum and blight, as defined in the Fort Lauderdale Beach Community Redevelopment Plan

d) Services provided - Redevelopment initiatives improving the image and aesthetics of the Central Beach Area and spur substantial private investment, thus repositioning Fort Lauderdale as a family-oriented world-class destination for residents and visitors

e) Delegation of Authority issued to the City Commission of the City of Fort Lauderdale:
