Print

The Commission Annual Action Plan (CAAP) is a product of collaboration and prioritization by the City Commission, the City Manager, and departments. It highlights initiatives of significant importance to the City Commission for the fiscal year, ensuring that the organization is agile and prompt in its response to an ever-changing environment. Quarterly progress reports of the CAAP are provided to the City Commission, and departmental cross-collaboration takes place at monthly FL2STAT meetings to ensure movement and to track progress on the initiatives.
