To apply for the Neighbor Leadership Academy please complete and submit the application form below by Wednesday, October 1st, 2025. To be considered for the program an applicant must be:

1. At least 18 years of age.
2. A City of Fort Lauderdale resident.
3. Willing to commit to all six Wednesday evening workshops (October 15th - November 19th) from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
4. Be able to participate in a class community project, with a minimum commitment of 5 hours.
