These instructions are provided to help applicants complete conveyances of Right-of-Way, Sidewalk, Public Access, Utility, and Drainage Easements to the City.
Such conveyances are typically required as part of a site plan approval or Right-of-Way vacation and must be fully executed before a Certificate of Occupancy (CO) can be issued.
