Dedicated Public Right-of-Way Easements
These instructions are provided to help applicants complete conveyances of Right-of-Way, Sidewalk, Public Access, Utility, and Drainage Easements to the City.
Such conveyances are typically required as part of a site plan approval or Right-of-Way vacation and must be fully executed before a Certificate of Occupancy (CO) can be issued.
Carefully review all instructions to avoid processing delays.

Maintenance Declaration
Required before Certificate of Occupancy (CO) when site plan conditions include improvements in the City’s right-of-way.
