Vision Plan Benefits
Effective January 1, 2026, VSP will be replacing United Healthcare as the vision provider. The premium for the core vision plan will decrease by 3% for all tiers.
Additionally, employees will have the option to stay with the core vision benefits or enroll in the Buy-Up Plan option.
The Buy-Up Plan features a $0 eye exam copay, up to $260 frame allowance, and up to 8 boxes of medically necessary contact lenses for a slight premium upcharge
Your vision plan provides you with:
- Eye exams
- Complete set of eyeglasses or contacts (check plan for details)
- A national eye care network including both retail and private practice location
