The auction will be held on the scheduled dates below starting at 9:00 AM E.S.T. All property is sold “as is” and “where is.” The City makes no warranty or guarantee to the condition, year of manufacture, model number, or operation of any unit of property. All sales are final.

Terms: All items MUST be removed within 10 business days. No Saturday or Sunday removal. If you cannot remove auction items within this allotted time frame, please do not bid on the auction items. There will be no exceptions or extensions to the removal date. Once the on-line payment has been made in full, you will receive a confirmation of your payment. The City of Fort Lauderdale DOES NOT provide transportation or loading services for buyers to remove their merchandise. Any and all methods of lifting, towing, hauling, and proper Insurance are the buyer's responsibility. The ownership of any items left or not paid for by the final day of removal will revert back to the City of Fort Lauderdale and the buyer may be banned from future auctions
