Project Overview:
Traffic calming improvements are planned to reduce vehicle speeds and improve safety for motorists, pedestrians and cyclists. The project includes raised intersections at key locations, raised crosswalks and a new median refuge island.

Construction Schedule:
Work is expected to begin the week of August 17th, 2026, and be completed in the spring of 2027. Work will take place Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. This schedule is subject to change based on inclement weather or other unforeseen conditions.

Traffic Impacts:
Partial lane closures along Riverland Road will occur in phases as work progresses. Please follow posted signs and drive with caution in the area.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to make these traffic calming improvements.
