How do I get notified when a new bid/formal solicitation is issued by the City of Fort Lauderdale?
The City of Fort Lauderdale uses Infor to post any informal and formal solicitations. Be sure to include a current email address and identify as many commodity codes that are related to your goods and/or services. The commodity codes are what drives the notification(s) to your email address. When will the bid results be ready?
Pursuant to Section 119.071(1)(b)2., F.S., sealed bids, proposals, or replies received by an agency pursuant to a competitive solicitation are exempt until such time as the agency provided notice of an intended decision or until 30 days after opening of bids, proposals, or final replies, whichever is earlier.
