September 26, 2018 Central City Redevelopment Advisory Board (CCRAB) Special Meeting

The purpose of this meeting was to present the proposed mixed-use zoning of the area. The presentation covered overall project overview, a summary of community feedback and the proposed changes to the zoning map. No decision was made at this meeting, the advisory board requested additional revisions be made to the proposal and a second presentation to be made at a regular scheduled board meeting on November 7, 2018.

June 26, 2018 Roundtable Meeting - Developers, Bankers, Realtors

This meeting was attended by 22 members of the developer, finance and real estate industries. Attendees were briefed on the rezoning project and asked to provided feedback on the following:

1. Their perspectives on the local economy and how to enhance local development potential in the area.
2. Ways to encourage greater investment in the area.
3. Ways to move the area towards a more proactive approach to community development.

May 31, 2018 Community Workshop #1: Listening - Identifying Issues & Preferences
