Student Volunteer Form for The Pledge of Allegiance

The City of Fort Lauderdale encourages parents to sign up their children to lead the Pledge of Allegiance at our City Commission meetings.

Eligibility: Elementary, middle, and high school students who either live in or attend school in Fort Lauderdale are eligible to participate. Commission meetings are usually held on the first and third Tuesday of every month at 6:00 p.m., with some exceptions.

Only the parent/guardian of the minor(s) can fill out his form. Please answer the following questions and we will be in touch to confirm participation. Please note that children are selected on a first come first serve basis.
