1501 SE 15th Street Stormwater Improvements Project in Harbordale

The City of Fort Lauderdale and FG Construction, LLC are improving stormwater infrastructure at 1501 SE 15 Street in Harbordale to help reduce flooding. This project includes:

• Installing a new drainage structure
• Replacing 40 feet of stormwater pipe
• Lining 160 feet of existing stormwater pipe to extend its longevity
• Restoring the roadway as needed

Construction will begin on Wednesday, August 20, 2025, and is expected to be completed in late September 2025. Work will take place weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. This schedule is subject to change based on inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Traffic Impacts

• One lane in each direction of SE 15th Street from 1496 to 1511 SE 15th Street will be closed daily during work hours.
• Please follow posted signs and drive with caution in the area.
