Scope of Work

Phase 1: Administrative building renovations

Phase 2: Removal and Replacement of the Wood Dock, Accessibility Improvements, New Landscaping, Restroom Building Renovations and Replacement of Site Furnishings.

Phase 3: Replacement of Seawall and Land Improvements (Drainage, Paving, Grading, Landscape, Lighting)

Project Updates

  • Site planning, concept development, cost validation initiated in July 2024.
  • Design Development Package submitted in February 2025.
  • Phase 1 construction completed in September 2025.
  • Phase 2 for boat slip renovation only is pending to proceed.
  • Scope amendment under review.
