  • 60% Design Development drawings completed on 7/15/2025.
  • DRC submission completed on 9/26/2026 including incorporating staff and stakeholder comments.
  • 100% Construction Documents and DRC resubmission completed on 1/23/2026.
  • Design Completion is targeting February 2026.
  • Bidding and Award is targeted to begin March 2026.
  • Construction is pending update on bidding and award schedule.
